Today I have another coloring technique video for you. This one is so easy - all you need is stamps (solid images work the best), ink pads and a Stampin' Spritzer or other mini spritzer. And paper, of course.  He uses watercolor paper in the video but Stampin' Up! Whisper White works, too.
